From what I gather, it is a huge software development company that makes software for Telecoms. You can get more information at http://www.amdocs.com .

Yeah don't worry the programmers are looked after well. I know some Cypriots that work there and it seems that everyone is quite happy - oh yeah and the food there is pretty good

Howz the night life at limassol, and other than the famous, and the most beautiful beaches, what else is famous in cyprus?!!!

Night life's good - especially in the coming months summer is always a bit crazy in the tourist areas of the island.
However to be honest I think the Indian community tend to do their own thing, there's about 400 Indians/and other foreign programmers working in Amdocs, I presume that there's always a party going on somewhere!

May be ... but i m majorly curious to explore as much as possible, of cyprus, then the whole europe!! Have heard the people in Cyprus are very good in hospitality!!

About Amdocs I dont know much about the firm nor their work practices but I know where their office is located. It is in a luxurious building in Limassol together with some other International companies. I have not heard anything bad about them.On the contrary they seem quite professional on what they are doing!
