It’s amazing there are no telescopes in Paphos because thousands of years ago legend has it that the Paphians used a very crude version of a telescope to look out west into the sea and from time to time you’d hear them yell... “Oh look… our Spartan boyfriends are coming!”

Is it just for a toy? Because even average telescopes are not less than that, especially in Cyprus because it is expensive to ship them here.

If your still looking for a telescope we have a brand new one still in its original box, we bought it over from UK but my husband hasn't got around to using it. I can tell you the make and model tomorrow as it in the workshop. Its for sale at 150 Euros. Also we will be in Paphos on Sunday afternoon (21st December) as we're flying to the UK for Christmas and if your interested we could meet you and you could see it. Hope to here from you soon.
