I have just taken delivery of my new apartment in St Nicolas and would be keen to talk to anyone else in the same compex to compare notes or whatever.

Note from Admin: The responses to this topic have been removed after we were contacted by the law firm "HBJ Gateley Wareing" which claimed to represent "Alpha Panareti Public Limited" and who threatened the forum with legal action if the comments which were unfavorable to the Property Developer Alpha Panareti were not immediately removed.
