The fact is,facebook site was spotted by Cenk Mutluyakali (Chief editor of Yeniduzen newspaper)
Mutluyakali wrote an article condemning the incident on his daily column.Police acted and arrested the boys after the paper was published.

Well thats one journalist who won't be attending any freedom of press and expression rallies soon.

now new platform opened at Facebook to support the President talat in one day more than 500 members joined to support our president .

they says they were drunk when they opened the topic to insult Talat .

Halil, when you're in a country that arrests people that insult the leader you shouldn't feel better when 500 of your countrymen then profess their love for this leader.

DT,
lots of idiots in the internet , there is always counter attacks .
Most of the people are condemns the insulting of the personal attacks no one against the politicaly criticising him .

freedom of speech does not give me rights to insult you or your family DT.

this is nothing to do with democracy or country .

You have the wrong idea of what freedom of speech is Halil. If I insult you will I go to jail?

ARTICLE 301 CASE...
Insulting Turkishness, the Republic, the organs and institutions of the State
It has been debated for years, used against writers, cartoonists, journalists, radio broadcasters, TV broadcasters, academics, singers, actors, trade unionists, politicians, NGO people, without discriminating the right the left and the centre, Sunni, Alewi, Turk, Kurd, Armenian, everyone who said “unwelcome things”, threatening them, dragging them in courts and imprisoning them at times. The amendment(?!) of article 301 -former article 159- is on the agenda once again. Let us repeat what we have been saying for thirteen and a half years (all through the civil disobedience campaigns since the trial of Yaşar Kemal in a State Security Court, in 1995):
*It is meaningless to discuss “amending,” or correcting the bits and pieces of this article.
*Since such an article has no place in a democratic society.
* The reason of existence for the article is “to stop criticism” in the pretext of “preventing insult.”

Whilst I have no love for political figures in general there are criminal defamation laws in place. Other countries have them on the statute however dont use them, in this case it would have been better if civil action was taken.

Regardless from what I can gather the comments were regarding Talats rear or so, definitately defamation of character however I'm sure politicans are more the capable of defending themselves.

Halil
Halil,i do not approve what they did but we are talking about something different here..
As you know the boys have been detained for seven days until police completes the investigation..
Do you believe that this was necessary?do you think they would have interfered with the investigation in any way had they not been jailed for seven days?
