iPhone on CYTA

Hi. Advice needed please. I have an iPhone and am with Cytamobile. With wifi on, everything works perfectly. With wifi off, I can't get on to web pages, no matter how good the CDN signal is. When I try, I instantly get a message that the server isn't responding, so it seems like there's a problem with password or access codes. Odd thing is, the email works perfectly with or without wifi. Went to cyta and was told they have no instructions or codes yet for iphone.

Any advice gratefully received.

I can’t figure out why people would want to get on the Internet from a stupid mobile phone… :?
