Why are we experiencing so much terrorism?

There is no possible justification for the slaughter of innocent people, but what is the main root cause for these attacks that are spreading all over the world?

Ignoring the small "nut job" groups that have appeared over the years (such as the Red Brigade), the majority of incidents seem to originally derive from the treatment received by the Palestinians at the hands of Israel, and by association the western powers.

This is probably an over simplification of the situation, but to me it looks like a ripple effect that was started in 1947, and has been growing ever since, mainly due to subsequent actions by the west.

It's all down to evolution; one part of the world embraces it and the other (muslims) half Ban/Deny it and still insist in dwelling in the middle ages

When a criminal is sentenced to being blinded because that is what he did to someone else doesn't that tell you what is wrong with the muslims whose eventual aim is for the full implimentation of Sharia Law all over the world.

Hopefully the time will soon come when countries/states decide enough is enough and deport all muslims to islam embracing cesspits (Somalia for example).

The only reason that they (muslims) are tolerated at the moment is oil, develope orther forms of power and then they can be put in their place once and for all.

They should be barred from the civilised world until they have learned to conduct themselves in a civilised manner.

And then no more terrorism.

Forget terrorism for a moment, look at the basics. There has always been murder and persecution of peoples world wide long before 1947, hatred and persecution have always been there, the banner of the so called terrorist is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to deep rooted hatred.

In line with many others, I have invented my own definition for the word “terrorism”…

It’s the act of abusing the word “terrorism”!

...because those that do to conceal THEIR crimes terrorize me the most! :?

If everyone's "POP" at those they do not understand was as harmless as mine there wouldn't be a problem...

OK so in your opinion the recent activities in Mumbai is not terrorism; so maybe you will now explain just what you would call murdering nearly 200 people; only this time without the claptrap about the "wicked evil west". and then go and tell the family of your fellow Cypriot who was murdered there that it was perfectly legitimate.
I'd just love to be a fly on the wall in the room when you told them that his murder was perfectly justifiable; I don't think that you will be very popular anywhere in Cyprus, in fact if I were you I'd be keeping a low profile and your mouth shut.
