In line with many others, I have invented my own definition for the word “terrorism”…

It’s the act of abusing the word “terrorism”!

...because those that do to conceal THEIR crimes terrorize me the most!

OK so in your opinion the recent activities in Mumbai is not terrorism; so maybe you will now explain just what you would call murdering nearly 200 people; only this time without the claptrap about the "wicked evil west". and then go and tell the family of your fellow Cypriot who was murdered there that it was perfectly legitimate.
I'd just love to be a fly on the wall in the room when you told them that his murder was perfectly justifiable;[color=red] I don't think that you will be very popular anywhere in Cyprus, [b]in fact if I were you I'd be keeping a low profile and your mouth shut.

I am sure that NO member condones death and destruction nor glorifies in the outcome of it.

Similarly I would suggest that ALL members are sympathetic to whosoever may suffer as a result of the actions discussed here.

What SHOULD be of concern to us all is WHY these events are taking place, quite frankly, I am amazed at some of the explanations proffered by some, surely the fact that there is opposition to political interference in another man's country, MUST at least produce the 'seeds' of thought which will enable a modicum of understanding.

Yes, it doesn’t seem like they grasped what I said but it doesn’t surprise me as one is a Zionist supporter and the other a G.Bush fan!

With regards to the Mumbai events, its easy to blame it on “Muslims” or “Arabs” or “terrorists” or “aliens” even, when it serves your interests or are unable to see the bigger picture.

An approach I tend to use is to try and understand who would benefit from these incidents in order to figure out who might be behind it.

The incidents have achieved to…

1. Severely affect India’s tourism.

2. Reignite the “global terrorism” risk.

3. Bring India and Pakistan closer to war.

4. Have Israel barking due to 9 victims being Israeli.

Now if you can figure out who would benefit from the above you’ve got your culprit…

A good punch-up is great for the soul, it inspires self confidence and can only end in a certain amount of respect for the victor (providing he is magnanimous in victory).

Nobody was seriously hurt and I am sure the 'Good Lord' enjoyed his 'Ringside Seat'.

Well, despite being an atheist, I have recommended to my nephew who is much interested in martial arts that he converts to Christianity as from now, particularly to Greek orthodoxy.

Since with the way things are going on there, one must not be surprised to find Greek and Armenian priests starting a school of martial arts offering kick box (muay Thai), aikido, full-contact, karate, etc..

To think that I was going to waste my money to finance his expedition to Shaolin temple in China.

That's the spirit mate, one should always seek humour where a situation lends itself to such, I would have loved to been in the thick of the battle myself, can you imagine the spectacle of broom-handles and mops being brandished in fury ? and Oh! the language that went with the contest eh' I reckon they all deserve a good kick up the 'Cassock'.
