you two are way too funny! i am in no way a match for rachel. she is incredible. she is perfection. it's what i strive for, but will never accomplish.... in this life anyway. maybe in the next one i will start earlier and have a chance.

The idea is that you try and try again. If you reach perfection as exemplified by the Godess Rachel. it all the way down hill for you. Its the constant striving that gives you the will to live.

Look at all those filthy rich people who have all the money (had) in the world after a life long battle to gain it and see how unhappy they become; because they have no other purpose in life. Keep trying and make sure you never get that far. Always leave a bit to strive for.

Oh, good morning btw.

i approach the dance mostly as a form of exercise, as an expression of my femininity. i love the music. i will never be professional quality, which is ok with me. i just want to keep moving, before i get so old and stiff that i can't, and i know the dance keeps me flexible. one of my client's kids saw me dancing, and told her parents later that GG knows a dance "where where she can move every part of her body!" what a great compliment!--it still all moves!

and BTW, good afternoon to you!

don't know about CY, but i am pretty sure they have toured in the UK. i know the Belly Dance Superstars is doing something in London at a "Tribalondon 2009" (see shcedule: http://bellydancesuperstars.com/communi ... ndar_1.php) and Rachel may be a part of that. (no doubt!) see also: For more information, please visit www.tribalondon.co.uk.
if you go, i want a full report! and photos, if they allow!

I wonder if TC is interested in 'tribal fusion' extravaganzas. Shoreditch Town Hall is only five minutes from him. :?

I will bring it to his attention. He will not know what hits him.

I will do a rain check and see whether geriatrics are allowed and also whether there are any nurses around to provide medical intervention if needed. No promises. There is also another factor.
