Turkey has ALL ROC rights under the 1960 Constitution!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby MrH » Wed Nov 26, 2008 5:40 pm

CBBB, and George, (How Dumb can these to be?)

Clearly you both have no idea, and respect, of the True political aspects of the Cyprus problem. And, I am very happy you see all TCs of the TRNC as wrong and unrealistic judging by how quickly you all jump on my posts in desperation to discredit what ever is said by any TC who disagrees to your domination policies - it adds fuel to the fire of a non-workable relationship as "ONE" Cyprus (a dream by Fascist GCs Only - Oh Sorry, that's all 76% of them). Thank you very much indeed.

I find your dismissal and ignorance towards Turkey's sovereign rights on the entire island of Cyprus hilarious, as you both obviously are very young, naive and brainwashed!

Answer this: If Turkey, as a guarantor power of the original 1960 republic has no sovereign rights on the island, then clearly the UK's bases (SOVEREIGN BASES) are also illegal? Unless you would prefer:

The Republic of Cyprus - Greek Sovereign ACCEPTED area
Two British Sovereign Bases - UK Area
TRNC - Turkish Sovereign Area!

Or should the TRNC be converted to a Large Turkish Military Sovereign area, similarly to the preference chosen by the British government? Perhaps you'll accept the really then as you clearly have, like a Donkey, with the Two British bases?

Perhaps you both should go back to the drawing board, and the 1960 agreement and think about the Sovereign PARTNERSHIP rights of Turkey, Greece and the UK, as that's all that Cyprus is - an island the British Government had originally SPLIT BETWEEN THREE NATIONS. Do you honestly BELIEVE that British and Turkey would let go of the island to a collection of Fascist GCs?

Let's wait and see what happens after Talat and Chris hit a brick wall.

What makes all this even more amusing is how you both somehow strongly believe that the TRNC will be dissolved and we'll all live as one big so-called "Cypriot" family - Jesus, you guys must be paid agents!!!!

then again,

Perhaps I will give up, submit to GC demands, forget about the negotiating process and live in the GC Republic of Cyprus!

Turkey's Sovereign rights are embedded in international agreements, the TRNC was FORCED to declare itself a Republic State after the Federated Turkish State of Cyprus patiently waited from 1974 to 1983 with no joy of a Federal agreement from the GCs. After 30 odd years, we are still in the same boat, but with the GC as part of the EU whose Territory stop at the "Cease Fire" line.

I wonder what that really means?
I think you've been mocked by the EU, I believe the EU are waiting patiently for the talks to end and then - BANG! The GCs will soon realise their mistakes of the past in one swift move.

Keep up the offensive posts...and keep dreaming that GC dream - boys!

MrH is talking a lot of nonsense, it has to be said.

However on Turkey as a 'third world' country ? 'Third world' is about as vague a category as you can get - there are parts of Glasgow, Hull and Manchester which are pretty third world.

For international categorisation 'first world' states were traditionally taken to mean those being members of the OECD (Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development) And guess which state, otherwise known as Turkey, is a member of the OECD ? Indeed Turkey was a founding member along with AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, CANADA, DENMARK, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, ICELAND, IRELAND, ITALY, JAPAN, LUXEMBOURG, NORWAY, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, TURKEY, UNITED KINGDOM, UNITED STATES.

Copper, cut the garbage crypto pro-Turkish propaganda! When it comes to political and democratic culture, Turkey is not just a 3rd world, but a 13th world country! Wake up!

So Turkey's OECD membership is "crypto pro-Turkish propaganda" ?

(Kifeas, do you actually know what 'crypto' means ?) Kifeas, I think you should tell the OECD that they've had a state member hiding in their organisation for forty-six years, and this organisation has - without any of its own members realising it - been churning out Turkish propaganda. But you Kifeas, the hero of the hour, can warn the OECD of this menace in its ranks ... run along there, be quick so that it doesn't become forty-seven years of "crypto pro-Turkish propaganda"....

Jesus wept

Teach me Greek now, for not knowing what "crypto" means.

Copper, "3rd world country," as a term, has gained a figurative meaning, which translates into a poor and underdeveloped state with very little to nonexistent political and /or civil rights for its citizens! This is the figurative meaning of the term, and in that respect, i.e. when it comes to political and democratic culture of the society and the state, Turkey is indeed beyond the level of a 3rd world country!

Live the theories aside, Copper!

Because while we talk, everthing else comes second. Think about that for a while while you look at the calender.
