I wish him a speedy recovery......................wasn't it him that pulled the plug (so to speak) on the extra desalination plants which would have been more than useful now?

I think I read somewhere that one started operating just a few days ago, producing 25,000 (gallons? / day).

Yeah definitely Cyprus ... I'll Google later when I'm not interrupted every 2 minutes :roll:

This cough is one of the worst. Prepare yourself for the long haul :shock: I tried having a glass of sherry on Sunday night to warm my chest (as someone advised :roll: ) and it left me so breathless I was suffocating all night long.

Vicks Vapour Rub ... that's the only thing easing the darned thing off ....

I find brandy does the trick! :wink: Just the one mixed with lemon and honey :)

Poor girls both ill in sympathy with tpapa. Get well you lot. Oracle, stop drinking cheap plonk with itsSulphur dioxide. You would be asking for trouble.
