"President of the TRNC" - Washington Times

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

"President of the TRNC" - Washington Times

Postby Anglo » Mon May 23, 2005 8:54 am

The Washington Times can't stop referring to Talat as the President of the TRNC - without inverted commas. It looks like his standing is being deliberately elevated by the mouthpiece of the US establishment.

I think the essence of what Mehmet Ali is saying is more important than the worry about using inverted commas or not.

Well, they will not have to ever use the phrase "The EU member Turkey", with inverted commas or not.

the Americans are trying to bring the whole world under their command with the support of their proxies (UK, Turkey, Israel), but the world will respond to their terrorist actions. (remember 9/11? That was just an early warning to those fuckers that think they can do whatever they want)

Don't worry Pirati, nobody will recognise TRNC. I can't understand why you are still doubtful!

You say no one will recognise TRNC but there is a small chance that they will if tassos does not play ball and the current GC admin. is very well aware of this all.

And i get the feeling Piratis can see this as well, am i right piratis.

But the current TRNC government claims that they are not after recognition. Am I wrong? Bro', there is always a chance for every thing, but I do not think a country would sacrifice the support of EU for the sake of TRNC.

I think that if tassos carries on they will have nothing to lose and accept recognition if offered as we must always remember that ROC is E.U member and they will make our lives difficult like they are making it for Turkey.
