I am in Cyprus now !

Yes Niki Istanbul is very nice and interesting city . with new metro system it is easy to travel now . There is a train services between airport and Taksim square and other part of the city. They says in Turkish and in English which is next stop as well . Just follow the map in the train ....
before you go to Taksim from red line u must change it to black line at Zincirlikuyu station . From Taksim to airport 2.80 YTL
1 euro=2 YTL

to take taxi it will coast u 40-50 YTL almost 25 euro.

at 4 star hotel in taksim i paid 60 euro per night . included breakfast as well .

meals are around 5-8 Euro .
beers 1.5 euro .....wine glass 2-3 euro .....

to many variaties....

BUT CYPRUS IS ALWAYS SUPER.

Do you ski Kikapu? (got it right this time!)

I used to in the States many years ago, but in my "old age", I figured it was too dangerous to be coming down a mountain on skies, so I decided to be "safe" and do Schlitten - Sled runs instead on a course that is usually 3-5 km long as seen in this picture (not me). Well, last year I almost broke my wrist when I crashed into a safety net and early this year, someone almost broke my back when I was rammed from behind that knock the crap out of me.!

So much for safer sport.!

Can't wait to see what will happen in the upcoming snow season.!!

 Bet you are not as old as Deniz though (I am safe for a while at least - he will be watching the football! )

Lets just say that they have been around the block few times.!

I belong to the special age group of Zan, Birkibrisli, Bananiot, MR-from-NG and Halil.!

Lets just say that we are keeping Deniz and Miltiades in our sights from a distance of few blocks away.!
