China and Russia are far from being democratic,and they are doing fine....
One can include the USA as well...Do you think there is a country in the world where pure democracy is practised???? My point is and has always been,that if you want to get anywhere with the Turks better to use a softly softly approach...I am giving you the benefit of my inside information,take it or leave it.... :arrow:


methinks you're confusing Mehmet Blogs on the street and the Turkish Millitary's strategic planning. There are a few constants in Turkey and the millitary planning along with untouchables such as Demirel and Denktash do not care of softly softly or toughie toughie.
