When I was in the process of buying my flat, I remember one day the developer said to me something like, "Why the **** did you have to work with that woman (Artei). She is making my life a hell with all the paperwork she is demanding from me. No other lawyers ask for all these things."
While sympathising with the developer, who is a fairly straight-forward ordinary Cypriot kind of bloke, I couldn't help feeling that this lawyer must be damn good.
