Can anyone advise if the E Bays payment system..Paypal..is operating in Cyprus yet..?

I thought paypal was international, you can use from anywhere to anywhere.

It is International!

I set mine up (accidentally :roll:

) from Cyprus and I get e-mails from them wherever I may be, asking why I haven't used them yet and giving me free quantities of money in my account to tempt me to start using them ... :lol:

You can accept PayPal payments in Cyprus now. It changed on 1st October - last year.

But, if you wish to withdraw funds from your PayPal account, you can only transfer them to your credit or debit card. The option to transfer directly to an online bank account isn't available. There's a charge of around €2 for each withdrawal to your card but we find it reaches our account within about 5 - 7 days.

do you know if there are any updates regarding this issue? does it still work the same way that the funds cannot be transferred to an online account, but to a bank card?
