Samwan, we're not waiting for the gay English to come to Cyprus and increase our huge numbers, so even if they go back to England, we're still here!!
Cypriot gay people are already many many thousands and I mean tens of thousands if not hundreds.
I'm sure you already have few in your very close environment and you pretend you do not know it.
Nowadays being gay has no external characteristic and the majority is hiding.
I know... sometimes it feels provoking to see adverts on gay matters but then all adverts can be provoking.
We all need people around us. People who'll love us for who we are and not for what we pretend to be.
No gay man/woman wants to hurt you or your feelings if you do not want to be involved with him/her.
No hard feelings.
