I've been reading the many comments on this forum ever since my ATCA days, and personally, feel that the Greek Cypriots truly desire complete Domination over the island of Cyprus. They obviously want the Turkish Cypriot people to be reduced to a minority only, with no partnership rights and they are disgusted at the sight of Turkey?

Well, considering our Turkish Cypriot views are the complete reverse - what is so wrong with accepting a Montenegro/Serbia or Even a Czech/Slovak amicable Split?

AND PLEASE SPARE US THE LEGALISATION OF THE INVASION RUBBISH, AS THAT RECORD HAS BEEN PLAYED TOO MANY TIMES!

Where do they find you? I swear the breed you differently. 18% of the population of a country in comaprison to 82% makes the other a minority by definition.

We are disgusted at the side of Turkey because thecountry invaded ours at your request and yet we allow you the luxury of same rights as those as any other Cypriot whilst you violate ours. How many of you can come and work in the south? how many of you do? (remamber that you are only 55,000 of the population and fast declining and becomiong even more of a minority in your own country among 250,000 settlers. How many of you have access to free health ccare whilst you pay your taxes to Turkey, how many of you actually access health care from Turkey?

We will not spare you the invasion argument because that is excactly what Turkey had dome in 1974. TURKY HAS INVADED KILLED AND PILLAGED THE SOUL OF CYPRIOT PEOPLE regardless of their linguistic background. Are you educated enough to appreciate the last sentence. You as TC's are living in conditions that you perpetuate each and every day with your arrogance that as a minority group you have the right to deny the majority of their rights. So you probably believe everything was rosie before Turkey arrived, maybe have been for you GCs but you made hell on earth for us, discriminated and treated us as second class citizens, we had to fight back which we did, we have yet to agree anything shows we just cannot live together and share this island mixed, the only real solution has been forced partition, 34 years of peaceful existence is testament to that.

No I don't VP and I do not doubt for a minute that prior to 74 TC's did experience discrimination and violence from some fascist GC's. No doubt in my mind what so ever. Just as there is no doubt in my mind that the Turkish occupation of Cyprus is neither good for TC's or GC's or eve Turkey itself.

Believe me that the majority of TCs would prefer the current situation times by 10 than enter into a situation like that of the past and be forced to live under a GC administration.

Of course not everything was rosy before 74. Before that there was almost a century where we were denied our freedom by the British. And before that there was 3+ centuries where you treated us like shit.

If you can't live together with us then why did you come to our island? To enslave and oppress us? (yes, that is why)

There is no peace. What we have is a cease fire in the war you started against us. Peace will come only when every inch of our land is returned to us.

Yes we want change but obviously the change we want has nothing to do with what you want, we have 2 totaly different stancies thats why the Cyprus problem will never be resolved we want different things.
