But if you must insist on him coming to Paphos, may I suggest he choose to live in a place called Stroumbi. He should feel right at home in this strange place. If he needs some accommodation, then the "Miltiades Inn" would be right up his alley.

First of all, there is absolutely no reason or incentive for ENOSIS. In case you have not realised, Cyprus is a part of the EU.

What has Greece done exactly?

Your post makes absolutely no sense and just higlights what very little you know about the RoC and Greece.

The EU is doing her bit. The mere fact that Turkey is negotiating her entry into the EU, gives us some leverage for a solution.

There is absolutely no chance that Turkey will be admitted in the EU, unless the Cyprus problem is solved. This alone is significant.
