GR, prehistoric places exist everywhere. In fact in Cyprus those prehistoric settlements are much less and not so ancient because Cyprus is an island and it was not easy for people to move here in those ages.
Ethnicity (Greek, French, Turkish etc) is based on things like language, religion, culture, customs etc. Our ethnicity has nothing to do with those prehistoric people. We don't even know exactly what their language, religion or culture was like.
Even if you could create some new "Cypriot Ethnicity", this ethnicity would still have nothing to do with the Chirokitians. You wouldn't speak "Chirokitian", practice Chirokitian religion, customs etc.
As it was pointed to you before you are confusing ethnicity with nationality. Nations can be multi-ethnic, and in fact most modern nations today are multi-ethnic.
What we want is a united multi-ethnic nation not to erase the ethnicity (language, culture etc) of everybody so we will be all the same. We don't need to be all the same in order to live together. What we need is to accept our differences, and at the same time accept the many common things we share, and the fact that we share the same land, which is what makes us one nation.
