Currently residing in Australia, I Will be returning to cyprus in the next two months. I grew up ther and did my schooling in greek schools i left be for my 18 th birthday. Now when i return am i able to come back and live here and work? Do i need to get a visa?
Have all school reports and old bank accounts do they count?

You are just returning home. You are a Cypriot so I wouldn't imagine that you need a visa or work permit.

If you have a Cypriot passport (or Nationality) you will not; if you are an EU citizen then you will not require one unless you stay longer than 3 months.

If you left Cyprus with a passport, but it has expired now. You will need to contact your Embassy to renew your passport before you travel back:

not totally sure but if u went to abroad to avoid the army you should check what woukld happen. i think you are legible until your 30.
