I made Nigella Lawson's Bread and Butter Pudding with Brioje, Marmalade and Grand Marnier instead of the traditional variety and it has been going down a treat with family, guests and neighbours (lashings of cream) ... and some left for tomorrow, so diet due to start Tuesday instead. :D

Tip for anyone else making it, use half the quantity of Marmalade and no extra sugar :wink:



Well, seeing as how I have been too busy doing other chores, pass your cake over here why don't you? :roll:

It really is lush and I am sure the more of it I eat the more like her I become, physically .... (the extra Grand Marnier I tipped in helps with the ambiance and imagination) ... :lol: :lol:

Thanks for your wishes Deniz, TC and Jerry... lots of food and cakes were left...you are all welcome to finish them. I can give you big spoons as well for that.

Dont worry Bubbles mou, my mum bought my cake since she was too busy to bake any and I am very very pleased with that
