THE IDENTITIES OF TWO MORE EXHUMED REMAINS OF MISSING PERSONS HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED

Two more missing persons have been identified by the bicommunal team of scientists working on the exhumation, identification and return of missing persons across Cyprus.

Test conducted on the remains dug up in the Karpaz District(Karpasia) earlier in the year revealed that they belonged to two Turkish Cypriots killed in 1964.
The remains were identified as Ali Musa and Abdullah Emirzade who went missing in 1964 at the Yeşilköy(Ag Andronicos)-Kaleburnu(Galinoporni )road in Karpaz(Karpasia).

The two who were kidnapped were never heard from again.
The Chairman of the Society of Martyrs Families and Disable War Veterans Ertan Ersan said that Ali Musa’s remains will be laid to rest at the Kaleburnu village Cemetery on Saturday with full military honors.
He said that Abdullah Emirzade will be buried at the Gazimağusa(Famagusta) Martyr’s cemetery in the coming days.

To date, the remains of more than 450 individuals have been exhumed from different burial sites located across the island, with 105 remains of the exhumed individuals identified and returned to their families.

Most of the missing and most of those found are GCs but your propaganda never says this...

The initial agreement between two sides was not to make official burial ceremonies for the exhumed remains, but it turned out some families of the missing think otherwise.

While some families make a plain burial ceremony only attended buy close relatives & friends some families insist on having military ceremony.

...i don't see the missing as "Greek" or "Turk", but victims of the Intolerance that is fed by the hatred which some must express for their own satisfaction. I think that the authorities make shameful displays of their own ignorance with the military honours they offer since it can only add to their own exclusivity in the subjugation they have over all of us.

using these people as tools for propaganda serves the selfish intent of the living who have no reason to aggrandise themselves. we, in essence, have the same burden of shame to carry...

Shame Halil doens't agree and despite 3 to 1 more GC's he picks his stories for TC missing only. Obviously he DOES care the ethnic background of an exhumed missing person before choosing to post the story.

I know sometimes I have to defeng Halils posts, perhaps he has not access to the victims from the GC side. A lame excuse which I admit it myself.

I hope, if possible he will rectify the situation or leave it to rest altogether.

May they all rest in peace.

No DT ,
Halil tries to show u ....Turkish Cypriots also suffered a lot . All the time missing persons issue used by the GC side for propaganda purposes just google in the net and see it .

have a look what it says at above writing again DT,
To date, the remains of more than 450 individuals have been exhumed from different burial sites located across the island, with 105 remains of the exhumed individuals identified and returned to their families.

Halil never says that u have no missing persons .
Halil never tries to stop people to communicate with GC's or visit the south but what u do DT my friend at every occasion , you don't want to see the present situation in Cyprus ... in very simple way when the people tries to get any help or information about north .... you are the one adding politics in everything , not me ....

my writings are for information , they have families at abroad as well they have to know that their loved one are found .To understand their feelings and emotions must be very strange for us , lately i watched the documentary about missing bus .... to listen those peoples sayings makes your hairs to rise up .... how difficult not to know where is the your love ones graves ... how inportant for them to know what happened to them ....

We must all help the missing persones officies to find them if we know any information about them .... this is includes for both GC's and TC's as well DT ...

while ago i was given same calling at this forum Dt .... I wonder how many of you notice this calling ..... Don't take this writing personally for yourself !
