I thanked him and thought “What the hell is that?” and opened it only to find a double barrel “Wembly" (? I think) shot gun! He went on about British shotguns being the best and how much this thing had cost, etc.

You should’ve seen the look on his face when I handed it back and said “Thanks, but I don’t do this kind of thing”! :lol:

He hated me ever since! :? Didn't last in the "family" too long... :lol:

and this is why we lost the war. Our 50,000 hunters now would have formed an excellent guerilla group in the Pendadaktylos mountains. They wouldn't even need supplies with their level of self sufficiency.

The Irish drove the Brits out of their country armed only with pitchforks and broom handles !, had they been better equipped they would have taken over the world. IMHO :lol: :wink:

9 ball cartridges make a lot more damage....and you can set the dogs on the invading forces as well. (attach a little explosive to each one and watch the show...((IMPORTANT! It is forbidden to teach dogs "fetch" from now on)) :lol:

I think the brave hunters in the Pendadaktylos mountains would find it difficult to adjust to the fact that their quarry has the ability to shoot back and they've got some pretty big "birds" in their flock.

Wembly = football
Webley = firearms
