Deputy Prime Minister-Foreign Minister Turgay Avci has once again reacted to statements made by Greek Cypriot Leader Demetris Christofias on the issue of guarantees in Cyprus.
Avci said that scrapping the guarantees is out of question for the Turkish Cypriot Side.
The Greek Cypriot leader in an earlier statement had said that modern countries did not require guarantor powers.
