Well you see, Dean, my book is a romance novel too basically, as there is a little bit of Leyla and Alexander in all of us. It strikes an old cord, when you think of Romeo and Juliet, the Montagues and the Capulets...just think of it as a Mediterranean version of West Side Story if you will. It just gives you this special tingly feeling, like what you get when you're all soaked in a nice bubble bath!
My book is supposed to inspire people like you to bring out the Leyla and Alexander in you.
I am shocked some vicious Greek with his well-known motive would even suggest my book being used as support for wobbly tables and chairs, or as an extra supply of toilet paper.
Such people do not see the artistic value of my work, how it brings the Turks and Greeks together, and makes them hold hands and sing songs about peace and freedom. I need to go dry up my tears, if you'll excuse me.
