If TRNC say without Turkey garantee no settlemnt and the ROC say if Turkey garatee no setlement. This problem alone shuld be signal to them that they are wastin time. yes or no?

I don't think , it is not the wasting time .

at least they are putting something on the table for talks ,not like the Annan plan time , they never negotiate and plan was giving them ,straight away both sides leaders said no to plan .none of them bother to talk and tried to explain to their people .
ok .this part is good .
put this one to one side and those ones which were bad for us and try to negotiate .they never did .
than there was a no choice we went trough to referendum at least this time they are talking face to face .

you can tell me during Denktash time ,Denktash had talks with all the GC's leaders .İt is true but Annan plan was mixture of the previous talks .
T.Pap and Denktash should work on it to make it workable for both sides .
just i am hoping this time they can do before we go to referandum other wise will go to unknowing destination !
