I would just like to know who thinks the interpretation is correct.

No. That site is not correct because makes the Annan plan sounds even worst than it was.

The reverse of what Bananiots are trying to do, who are trying to present it better than it was.

I think we should stick to the truth: The Annan plan was so bad than it would have been worst even than what we have now, and there is no need to make it sound even worst than that, or make it sound better.
