Although my first choice coincides with that of Get Real (push/ wait for a unitary state), I have to say that the above is for me the next best scenario and infinitely better than what Christofias is currently negotiating i.e. Annan plan.

Unfortunately this is also the only one that can be realistically achieved given the incompetence of our leadership.

Because you don't have the LAND or the MONEY for a "state". How can you be a “boss” when you haven’t got either? It’s embarrassing!

That's where you are wrong I have land, lift the isolation and watch the money roll in. That's what frightens you the most and why you need to keep us financially hostage because with all your advantages TCs would have progressed even further.

Nobody will lift the “isolations” while you hang onto land that doesn’t belong to you. It’s a mutually exclusive catch-22 situation.

As for the TCs being able to catch up with, or even surpass GC business prowess…I can’t for the life of me figure out how but feel free to entertain me with your grand plan if you wish…

Look at the UK where the conditions are equal for both TCs and GCs, TCs have excelled just as much and in some cases even more than GCs, you can close your eyes all you wish but the isolation and nonrecognition is a small price to pay for having the TRNC.
