Financial advise urgently required.

Postby dplees9 » Sat Oct 25, 2008 7:47 am

Hi,

I have purchased a property by Alpha Panerati called St George hills http://www.stgeorgehills.com/ . I have paid 98000 CYP for a one bed ground floor apartment.
I have been told that this is possibly not a great investment as rents are high and similar properties in the area are going for 45% cheaper.

My mortgage is 85% and the developer has taken one payment from it. Could someone please advise me if there is away out of this? I wish to termintate the contract, however I'm not sure what position I would be in with the mortgage company.

Many thanks

Agree with that since a lawyer will tell you what is the legal procedure that you can follow. That way you can avoid future problems.

If you’re early you can take advantage of the “cooling off period” which varies from country to country.

The man for the job is Nigel Howarth. He is a member on here, although he hasnt been seen to much. If you do a Google search you should be able to find him easily enough. Good luck.
