Beautiful christian island? u must be joking. u should save this island from cypriots first. look at this side, the free side: dirt everywhere, people have no idea about driving, they have the most lethal accidents in europe, they are racist, the police is a joke.... look at your kindergarten, at your theater, at your culture programs. most of the positiv (i would say civilized) things like right of animals, or shelters, or even websites are coming from foreigners... this island is very far from beautiful. its OK. and u can ask me now why i am here and the answer is:
lots of companies dont get enough educated professionals in cyprus so they (over)pay foreigners to come here.

Unfortunately, you too have a ton of spelling mistakes in your piece so what exactly did you supposedly come here to teach me because I happen to be a GC and I’m very curious about your “education”…

What is your profession Selena79? Cleaner/table waitress. Now if you compare Cyprus to say the Uk you will see Cyprus is much cleaner/safer place to live, here murders happen every day now, in most parts of London stabbings are common. As for the animal cruelty its nothing like the level in the UK.

Most of the problems caused now in Cyprus are mainly from foreign workers.

its so funny that you try to find spelling mistakes and guess my origin, (english is my 3rd language so you can do me a favour by correcting me) blaming the foreigners (i told you cyprus is racist) - but you know exactly what i am talking about. truth hurts.

as for me: i am happy here, and i am the one whoe doesnt throw away cigarettes, who does not leave rubbish on the beach, who stoppes at the red light and who does not wash the car while we are on water shortage. and the cypriots are hiring all foreigners (bec their are cheap) and then blame them for coming???

My cypriot neighbour keeps her 5 months old baby front of the tv the whole day, bec she need silence. (she is a millionair and uk educated). she pays a sri lankan girl to keep the baby entertained.... this is normal here. when the baby was 2 months old she went on holiday leaving the baby at home. breast feeding??? she doesnt even know what is that...

2 weeks ago i was driving on the sea front road and cypriots were racing in my lane COMING INTO my direction. you call the police and they ask bored: licence plate? this is a joke.

cyprus will be only better if cypriots manage to get all their children educated abroad. bec even if i (or we foreigners) point out that you shouldnt throw away your cigarettes, and you should stop at the fucking red light - thats why its red - you will still do all these things and shout loud and blame the foreigners...

Now, if you did not break the laws of The Republic of Cyprus by travelling to Turkey from Ercan Airport, then one might say that you are a model citizen. It is a pity that you had to disgrace your name by disobeying the laws of the country you reside in.

I am British, and have lived in five other countries in my life. In my opinion, Cyprus is much better than any of them, and I wouldn't wish to live elsewhere. If other people do not like Cyprus, that is their prerogative.

Come on girlie, don’t keep us in suspense! What exactly are you being paid “top dollar” to do here in Cyprus because it as sure as hell can’t be very demanding in the upstairs department…
