I thought Mandria was Turkish Cypriot village . Many times we heard in this forum there is no TC's lands were for sale .
there was no development on them . It is very strange ........... or is there is a another village called Mandria which is not in Paphos district ?

One of My brother in law comes from village Mandria .

If you do a search "mandria Cyprus" it is indeed in Paphos and there is lots of land, apartments, and villas for sale, and also some ruins for renovation!!!

MESSAGE

Dear friends ,

I welcome you to the website of the refugee community of Mandria , Paphos . We have created this webpage to present our community because we have worked so hard since 1974 when the Turkish Invasion took place, to be what it is today.

The point of vantage of the village ,which is next to the sea and less than hour from the mountains have helped so a great tourist development to come ,and the construction of country houses from several developing companies have already started.

I don ' t want to be boring with a lot of words ; I just invite you to visit us , to see the hard work of the refugees of our community to keep the Turkish Cypriot village in a good condition , until their returning to their villages and houses.

Yours sincerely

Panagiotis Papaioannou

President of the Community Council of Mandria, Paphos.

The new developments are around the village. Inside the village live refugees who you stole their houses and properties. Maybe you wanted our refugees to live in tents for 34 years while you profit from our lands? You thieving greedy bastards!

watch out your language !

Of course refuges have to build up something on them Life have to go .
similar things applies to TC's as well .They should do someting , things will not be same in 34 years .

They have to do something for living , i am not against it .U were the one always saying u are not selling anything that belongs to TC's .

All refuges problem will be solve out by agreements , it will happen one day till that day constructions will go on .

neither of us can stop it .

try selling your property here

Postby geo72giou » Sat Nov 01, 2008 2:41 am

Why don't you try selling your property by visiting www.HouseTrader.com.cy, a new property advertising portral. This is something new for the Cyprus property market as unlike other property advertisers their services are provided for free, without any commissions or hidden charges.

I am extremely satisfied as I have personally posted my father’s house in Larnaca in Housetrader which was surprisingly sold within 2 weeks.
I strongly recommend it whether you want to find, buy, sell or rent a property.
