On Sunday June 22nd 2008, one of our most learned members [or so he sees himself] excitedly posted a topic in the Politics and Elections section :-

GREECE IN JOINT AIR MANOEUVRES WITH ISRAEL !!!!! ??.

He received NO responses and I wonder if this is a record achievement ?.

I have looked back over many years in all sections and can find none to compete with this demonstration of disinterest by the members.

As a new member, I spent some time familiarizing myself with the machinations of the forum and was quite surprised to learn that one can attain the dizzy heights of Professorship by posting 3000 smileys.
