That USA, Russia, UK, China and France - the biggest killers in the world - are permanent members of the UNSC is much stronger evidence of the UNSC being a disgrace to humanity. Many of the UN agencies on the other hand do invaluable work and can be seen as a hope of humanity, such as WFP, WHO ....
