CHARTER FLIGHTS BETWEEN ITALY AND NORTHERN CYPRUS

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

CHARTER FLIGHTS BETWEEN ITALY AND NORTHERN CYPRUS

Postby halil » Thu Oct 16, 2008 7:41 pm

Charter flights will shortly be launched between Italy and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, it’s been announced.

The Ministry of Economy and Tourism, the Italian tour operator ‘My Sun Sea Tour’ and the Northern Travel from the TRNC have signed a protocol which aims to bring nearly 1.800 tourists to the island in 2009.

Charter flights will be carried out by Cyprus Turkish Airlines.
Speaking during the signing ceremony, Minister of Economy and Tourism Erdogan Sanlidag described the protocol as a positive development and said that the tourism sector was pressed into a narrow frame instead of executing it in a wider frame.

Underlining the importance of the protocol, he stressed that such protocols should be signed with more countries.

Noting that everything is available to improve tourism sector in the country Mr Sanlidag complained about the difficulties being raised by the isolations imposed on the TRNC.

The Director of the Italian firm ‘My Sun Sea Tour’ Astorre Leganani, for his part, said it is an opportunity for them to present North Cyprus to their customers which has beautiful beaches, historical wealth and warm people.

He added that smiling face is very important for their customers especially following a global financial crisis.

Also speaking, one of the Northern Travel Directors Ozbek Dedekorkut said according to the protocol, nearly 1800 tourists will be hosted in the TRNC until the end of next summer starting from New Year.

Well done chaps, keep the good will gestures coming.

We stupidly cancel our Nikiforos exercises so that scum can continue to try and build illegal relationships with 3rd parties. well done.

The RoC ought to be kicking the EU's arse over this since is condones illegal occupation, no rule of law, makes a mockory of International laws, well I get you get the picture.

I guess I should not expect anything from these crooks anyway!

No such Italian tour operator exists... ...and even if he does in some obscure little shed such as a TC living in Italy trying to be smart he'll be out of business soon.

The TRNC cannot put everything on hold until a solution is found, it is more likely that it will never happen, life goes on.

The fact remains that the "TRNC" is 100% the" property " of the occuping power where the T/Cs are but a mere minority and the entire world refuses to recognise the spoils of war .

Get rid of the foreign armies = expose yourselves to GC will and danger.

join your free nation and demand your rights as Cypriots = join the Gc state and become a minority.

Thanks but no thanks.
