I can vouch for that since i got a letter from my provider recently telling me about their "fair usage policy"! :roll:

But as stated above only the ISP knows who has what ip address, unless they are obliged to give the information to police in a criminal case.

They must have seen all those "Turkish Cypriot Dances" you keep posting here :roll: ... that's not "fair usage" ... more like abusage!

I use a program called "Peer Guardian" which is quite useful in hiding your IP address...it's not a proxy.
