You could find Stephanis shops under www.stephanis.net - although it is marked 'coming soon' it could be useful.

Bunch of crooks... writing a complaint to consumer protection right now. After spending there 7000Eur in the past 2 years they've denied a warranty repair on one of my laptops. Apparently they don't cover motherboard... you don't need to be a f-ing technician to realize that the laptop is 90% motherboard, all devices are embedded! By looking up my laPTOP model in Google you get a lot of same faults... dead motherboard with flashing lights.

Just contact the manufacturer, where ever they are, they will sort it out.

Stephanis is actually a decent shop the real problem is their service. Their prices are ok-ish and they have some amazing offers every now and then but their service department is utter shite, and thats an understatement to a large degree! Oh and as for Lena, if you can't find PBell anywhere else but Stephanis, prefer getting another brand from someone else :)

Problem with Apple Mac is the lack of service centres in Cyprus for them. The ones that exist don't really know how to fix them.

Some brands don’t provide the means for customers to check warranties; a tech of a partner must check for you.

I have just bought a high end Acer laptop (Intel Quad processor, 1000 Gb HDD, 4mb memory, 18" HD screen, Bluray etc), it has a curious problem. When I turn it on it just scrolls coloured screens. I need to log in ESC/password/ENT which causes it to boot up (or whatever the term is) the HD Video chip then comes in and everything works as normal. I assume the integrated video chip on the Motherboard has failed.

But then again, I don't really know what I am talking about :-(
