Selling of Villa Quickly

Postby Walker Family » Sat Oct 11, 2008 4:54 pm

Hi there

In the UK we have companies who offer to purchase property within 28 days, they don't offer the full market value but between 75% to 80%, and I wondered if there are any companies which do this in Cyprus?

If you are happy to accept that price then advertise it as such. If it is genuinely 20 - 25% BMV then you will get a buyer.

Good luck

I am not aware of any companies in Cyprus that offer such a service.

Thanks for your help. Can anyone recommend a good estate agent in the Paphos area?

these companies in the uk will tell you that but when you get an offer from them it will be less than what you paid for the house.
they work on the price you paid from the land registry then make you a lesser offer.
they don't care what its valued at, at time of purchase!
they offered us 50k for a house we sold about 2 months later for 200k!!!!
we didn't need to sell but we tested then out (about 3 years ago.)

put your house for sale at a sensible price and you will sell it!
