Thanks

i know that www.kypros.org had it in english greek and spanish (!) but for some reason the site is down right now.

there are many overviews (some impartial some not) regarding the constitution and certain websites have portions of it.

well that would depend on the threats imposed on the two communities. the next plan that goes into voting should be supported by both governments and have a wide support from the people of each community as well.

unless the new plan is the exact inverse of Annan #5 then I dont see why TCs would vote against it unless their ultimate goal is an independent state. the only question is will they get this

what exactly was different with Annan #3 . was it only the fact that turkey didnt get her ass saved from lawsuits or did actually respect the GCs right to return in any way?

well i know for one that the right of return of refugees was a higher percantage and in a quicker times frame, that no foreign troops would be stationed in cyprus after a certain time frame, there are other points as well i just dont remeber them, maybe someone else does.

well we know the future of GCs after rejecting a plan. what would the future for TCs be if they rejected a plan? my guess is same as GCs, ie no difference.

so maybe after that the two leaders will work for an acceptable partition?

Interesting prediction turkcyp.

However, the GC's will simply vote no again anyway so it does not matter what the TC's will do.

Europeans are saying that Cypriots should look to the future and not base it on events that happened in the past. That goes just as much for the TC's as it does for the GC's. If the TC's continue to insist on having mechanisms in place that restrict the basic freedoms of Cypriots then Europe will not look upon you lightly either.
