It's a question of right or wrong and you know I'm right.
In any event here's a compromise - from now on I'll go along with the member Epsilon on this and this alone by refering to Mr Talat as Muhktar
He has not registered his title as muhktar with the district officer in the Cyprus Republic and therefore cannot be called muhktar. He is an unofficial representative of the tc community.
