That's were you're wrong. It has over 50,000 TC citizens with current Cyprus passports. Its public services that serve these Tc's are medical, educational, transit, commerce, bureaucratic, agricultural, finance and internal affairs.

Where do you see the solely Gc state?

yesterday i learnt that the turkish gov is giving some interest free loans to trnc small shopkeepers and business's.
why would they be investing in the north at this stage of the game, if they wanted a solution?

They are not investing, they are propping up a skewed economy that would collapse if left to its own devices.

Mooches??? repulse anyone will take something for free if they feel it will enhance or better their lives its human nature. I am more Turkish Cypriot than you will even be a "Cypriot"....yours is just a goal mine is a reality.
