No I am not saying that. What I am saying that is increasing your borders from 3 miles to 6 miles and then later claiming that you have right to increase to 12 miles, while some of these islands are hundreds miles away from Greece and only 1-12 miles away from Turkey is expansionist and provocative and does not reflect good will and intentions. You know that if you increase your borders to 12 miles Turkey will have no exit room to international seas from its eastern shores. That is expansionist and provocative.

Don’t you think?

how are they 100s of miles from Greece? Are you referring to mainland Greece because I regret to inform you this isn't only Greece... Or are you referring to inhabited islands in the Aegean because I doubt these islands are 100s of miles away from these disupted territories.

Your maps are sorely out of date

Note in future that the northern part of cyprus is KKTC ther is no green line on your map of Cyprus.

maybe your looking to much in the future as for now KKTC is only in the eyes of Turkey and there is a green line in Kibris

Mr Magikthrill

You are correct there IS a Green Line in Kibris but not on our friend's map.

Many people accept that the northern part of Cyprus is different from RoC and some prefer it. Some don't. Recognition is as one does. American's in Ercan. Europeans on the beaches of Karpaz.

you are referring to Brits. we dont consider them as Europeans.

either way people can visit norhtern cyprus from anyway they want but as long as there is no recognition and no money is officially coming in KKTC only exists in the eyes of Turkey.

haha yeah right
that would require greece to aqcuire some balls first.

I will sink to the depths of answering your profound comment, and remind you that in 1996 one of your F-16s was blown to outter space by a Greek Mirage-2000.

TURKCYP, from a Turkish website just for you.

Turkey denies violating Greek air and sea space
Published: 10/23/2004

ANKARA, Oct 23 (AFP) - Turkey on Saturday denied allegations of violating Greek airspace and territorial waters saying exercises by its airforce and navy were nothing more than routine manoeuvres.

"We find it unfair that information on normal activities conforming to international law are presented as a source of tensions in the Agean Sea," the Turkish foreign ministry said quoted by the Anatolia news agency.

The statement said Turkish ships and planes had been carrying out training operations in the Agean Sea, and they did not amount to "extraordinary activities" but were just routine.

The Greek defence ministry Friday accused Turkey of violating its airspace and territorial waters, hinting Ankara was jeopardising its chances of European Union membership.

According to the Greek armed forces six Turkish F-16 fighter aircraft intruded into Greek airspace in seven incidents during Friday morning.

Two of them overflew a marine firing range near the island of Andros where two Greek warships were deployed.

The armed forces also said that for a third consecutive day a Turkish coastal patrol vessel had entered Greek waters near the uninhabited islets and rocks of Imia, scene of a military standoff in 1996 when Turkey claimed sovereignty over them.

The crisis was eventually resolved by the intervention of the then US president Bill Clinton.
