I think we already discussed this issue and we said that to whatever the territorial sea is expanded when the two regions overlap the territorial sea is divided in the middle.For example if Kastellorizo is lets say 10 miles from Turkey even if both Cgreece and Turkey have 6 or 12 miles territorial waters what Greece gets is ONLY 5 miles from Kastellorizo and Turkey ONLY 5 miles from it's shores.
So in EVERY CASE Turkish people will have EXACTLY as much sea to swim in as the Greek ones.

Did the treaty say that Turkey should form "Aegean thong" right oposite the islands ready to attack them and conquer them in 5 minutes??? Legally speaking armying the islands was illegal, keeping them defendless though and there would not be any islands left to Greece to subtantiate the treaty on the first place!
