Will the lawsuits stop coming and if not will Talat follow through on his threat?

I think partition is not an option for Turkey. The borders are open and will remain open. The lawsuits will force Turkey to let go of Cyprus as the 3rd of Oct approaches. If they close the borders this will show Turkey as been a rogue state. The ECHR will rule agianst Turkey anyway. Rules are rules.

How can Talat, want to join the EU and then he closes the borders? It doesn't make sense. As I said huffung and puffing.

Mr Rehn,

Recently made it clear where the E.U stands and with the dodgy road tassos has gc travelling where the few may gain as a whole the ROC will lose when the partition is firmly cemented.
Look at the bigger picture and you will see what i am saying.

Bro a lot of things are said but they are not carried out. You shoul know that. It doesn't matter what Mr Rehn said because he probably didn't clear it with the EU legal department.

A few things were said after the so called referendum, but can you see anything applied here? The EU legal department shot them down.

I personally think there is a very real prospect of the border once agin being closed by the authorites in the north. I would personally hate to see this happen but fear that it is becomming increasingly likely.
We have reports of GC government agents sitting outside estate agents photographing any car number plates from the south and then 'intimidating' the owners of these cars. Actions like these and others if continued and intensified increase the prospect of the border being closed imo.

I think if Talat closes the border gates again, he's going to have trouble making a real case for himself in Brussels. By effectively re-establishing partition through the abolition of free movement, I think it would be a real mistake. It's far more useful for Talat's purposes now to portray the TCs as embattled and under siege from GC militants.

Do you find anything wrong with GCs going the courts way for their rights?

I lived in the US for some years and there everybody sues each other for the most minor reason. If we were like americans (british are probably the same in this) we would have started the law suits long long time ago.

Do you think there is anything wrong with collecting evidence and making law suits to protect your belongings???

Talat can not stop the law suits, and closing the gates will not help. You can't stop justice.
