Back on topic briefly. Fox drive this morning accounted for six foxes, actual number seen was 23. All were shot cleanly without the use of dogs.
If I may ask, if there are any RSPCA members out there, would you please contact your RSPCA office and ask them to inform the caring British public to stop humanely trapping and releasing urban foxes.
We realise you think you are been kind to these animals but in short you are misguided. Feeding urban foxes and then trapping in cages and releasing into the countryside is extremely cruel. These foxes have no idea how to hunt and genrally die and long painfull death. If you wish to learn how to manage a balance between animal and countryside there are plenty of country people who will be able to advise, BASC is a good starting point.
Oh, by the way 4x4 vehicles and green wellies are not obligatory.
