Read a few threads and you may find out how peace was shattered on this Island that has invaded no one ... but has become the endless victim of countless Invasions ... mostly and most recently by Ottoman-Turks!

Because Turkey refuses to collect her baggage and take it home. If a next door neighbor was to leave his baggage at your doorstep wouldn’t you be complaining?

And in case anyone is wondering why I use this word, once a people refuse to blend in with the masses they automatically become “baggage”. Makes sense doesn’t it?

Mikiko, the current crisis did not begin in 1974. Get information from the out side rather than this forum. The views you might come accross here may be too polarised. The truth is out there to be found. Then you can make up your own mind. Bear in mind there is always two sides to the coin. Happy research.

with all these anti Turk statements, of mass murder rape and pillage since 1571 and all that, the GC population has done very well to proliferate. Its about time you accept us as Turkish Cypriots as described in the consitution of the Republic of Cyprus. Unless this is done you will lose a third of the island.

Its not a matter of what we accept as Turkish Cypriots but the 1000's and 1000's of anatolians that you've accepted as Turkish Cypriots Deniz.

Who are we dealing with? Mehmet from Paphos or Mehmet from Trabzon?
