A look through sites about Famagusta will enlighten you. Most of them are non Greek and non Cypriot. Foreigners are shocked at the cruelty of keeping a town closed and 45000 people out of their homes. It is a unique situation in the world. Inadvertently Turkey has turned Famagusta into a monument of its own stupidity.
Do you ask yourself what caused this action and why today the area is totally sealed off?
