No doubt they have LOTS of radar sets on parade. Ever heard of passive radar systems? Seen any on parades? Ever heard of Homing Anti Radar Missiles? They make radar obsolete in battles. But they still parade them around proudly.

What I am saying GR is that the things that are not on parade are perhaps the most potent. Keep your shirt on.
