According to the Cyprus Almost Dead Forum the map of Paphos should look like this

CBBB - I laugh.

I'm with Sylvester - three attempts to get to Coral Bay from the highway without going to Kato Paphos - three times I've ended up driving under people's laundry on a back road in Empa or somewhere. I'm sure I could get an answer from the "other" forum (turn left where there should be a Tesco...)

...i see, is it possible to say "Talk Cyprus"? links to that forum are altered; yet the link still worls.

not a practical map for this query anyway...

the 'almost dead forum', are we talking about the same one. and if so, the ridicule is telling because Cyprus needs the dialog, this is not a competition, is it?

Haplessboyrussell - we've just returned from Coral Bay where we bought a map of the Paphos region. This is what you do ... From the airport take the B6 until you reach the roundabout with the Debenhams shopping centre on your right. Turn left onto the dual carriageway "ring road" towards Kato Paphos and keep going until the next roundabout where you turn right (shown as Spyriou Kyprianou on the map). Follow that road right through to the Tombs of the Kings road, which just continues along the coast to Coral Bay. Good luck next time ...

damn...I hate to admit it but i also got lost in paphos trying to get to Ay Giorgis from the highway. Why do the Paphites think we want to pass through their shitty town in order to cross to the other side of the island?

Paphos is not a town (least of all "shitty" ) ... it is a city ... nevertheless it has a circular road with which you can by-pass the centre (if you can negotiate our non-congested roads ... a novelty). You can then go through the mountains and around the Akamas to get to Agios Giorgios .... thereby only adding half a day (nothing by sleepy Paphian standards  ) to your journey.

Enjoy Cyprus as it should be! ... more like Paphos.
