BBC Prime

I'm sure that many people (particularly ex-pats) have BBC Prime on their screens.

If, like me, you're fed up with the constant repeats of programmes and series from years ago, you might like to let the BBC know your views. I have emailed them on this subject, and await their reply, but if you feel as I do that they should offer more variety, there is an email link on their website www.bbcprime.com on which you can let them know your views.

We used to have prime.

I e-mailed them as I was fed-up of having the same trailer played throughout a series until the point where you knew it word for word.

Their reply was essentially ‘bollocks’.

Glad to see the Beeb is upholding the fine traditions of serving the public! Your reply quite possibly came from some spotty little oik on work experience!

I'm tempted to write to the Director general if all else fails

Been there, done that!

Constantly repeating the same episodes of the same series, it's no wonder it's free!

When they do show something new it is normally such rubbish that you are not surprised you haven't seen it before.

I suppose we can rant at them about how much the licence fee is (not that we pay it)!

Quite so... the official line was something to do with serving multiple markets but it was quite meaningless...

What do you expect for £100 pounds per year(the official price). Plus the fact that it has been available on "pirate" receivers for many years now,so they can't be making enough money for new programs. :)
