Cyprus wine recommendations

Hello

Having lived on Cyprus for the last four years, I thought it's high time we became better acquainted with the wines it has to offer. Can anyone recommend a good bottle of Cypriot red which doesn't cost any more than 10 euros?

Stick to French, better and cheaper.

For whatever it is worth, I’ve lost count how many bottles of Alkion (dry white) I’ve emptied…
